For an annual fee, you are permitted to occupy a site and to use the van and annexe up to 160 nights in a year (subject to the terms of an occupational agreement)

Benefits of owning a holiday van means you won’t have to book accommodation in advance, no packing up the car and you can holiday when it suits

Pets are accepted with conditions and at the management discretion
